1. How do I contact my BASE Site Manager?

Each program has a full-time BASE Site Manager that is dedicated to providing quality customer service and support on any questions concerning your child's experience, invoicing and accounts.

2. Where do I drop-off or pick up my child?

We offer before and after-school care for every elementary school in Brownsburg Community School Corporation. Just look for our BASE Door stickers at each entrance!

When dropping off your child in the morning, please walk your child to the entrance and sign your child in using our program tablet. 

For pick-up in the afternoon, please have your six-digit on-site security code (found  ready to enter on our program tablet. 

Please specify which individuals are authorized to pick up your child on our registration portal and keep this current. Have a last-minute change? Communicate this with your BASE Site Manager by texting/calling the program phone. For the safety of each participant, our registration software requires a 5-digit security code or a photo ID from an authorized pick-up to pick up your child each day.

3. How do I request a refund?

If you would like to change or cancel your B.A.S.E. registration, you are required to submit a Refund Request Form and submit it for approval.

For those who've registered using the flexible "Pick Your Days" option, requests for a schedule change or withdraw can be made from our registration software, Eleyo. Schedule changes or withdraws must be made in advance and can only be made for dates that have not yet been invoiced. Once a date has been invoiced, changes can no longer be made to that date. Weekly invoices for BASE are sent every Wednesday for the following week with payments due on Monday.

4. Is BASE offered when school is on a break?

BASE is not offered during school breaks, however our Out of School Day Camps are! Looking for full day programming for your child when school is out? Look no further! We've got you covered! To learn more about our camp programs, click here.

Separate registration is required to participate. Register early, these spots fill up fast!

5. Do you offer staff discounts for BCSC staff and Town employees?

Yes! BCSC and Town employees qualify for a discount for BASE & PEAK programming. To qualify, you must provide a copy of your current staff ID as proof of employment using our Employee Discount application form. Click here to apply.

6. What happens for weather delays and closings?

School 2-hour Delays: BASE will open at 6:30 am and remain open until the start of the school day for no additional charge.

School Cancellations: If Brownsburg Community School Corporation cancels school, BASE & PEAK will also be cancelled. Parents will be notified via email and text. Refunds will be offered as online credit that can be used towards any future Brownsburg Parks youth programs.

7. Do you offer any scholarships or financial aid?

Scholarships and Financial Aid are available to qualified applicants based upon the current Federal Income Eligibility Guidelines each school year. Please submit a completed scholarship application with all the required documents in order for your application to be processed. Incomplete applications will not be considered. 8. Where can I access my tax receipts?

You can access your tax receipts from our registration software by logging into your account, selecting "Explore All Programs" and "Your Dashboard". Select your Child Care account and select the Download Tax Information link. If you wish to print a tax statement for an account that is no longer active, select the Inactive Accounts link from the Dashboard. These statements will not be sent in the mail.

Please Note: Some camp programs may not be included on your tax statement, however you can still access all camp receipts via your account at any time.
